After an evaluation your insurance company may require authorization for the treatment plan recommended by the therapist.  This can take a few days to a few weeks depending on your policy.  Claims are generated after each session and once we receive the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company, we send out invoices for any client responsibility.  These invoices are sent out on a monthly basis.  Processing with insurance can take up to 60 days depending on any insurance requests for records or reprocessing of claims that may be needed.
