If you’re passionate about helping children reach their full potential, the Aspen Center would love to meet you. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in our Cary locations.
For more than 18 years, the Aspen Center has provided high-quality pediatric therapy services to families throughout the greater Cary area, including Apex, Morrisville, Research Triangle Park (RTP), New Hill, and surrounding communities. Our outpatient clinics serve children from birth to 16 years of age, offering individualized one-on-one therapy as well as specialized small group programs that foster growth, confidence, and connection.
Our occupational therapy team has the opportunity to work with children across a wide range of developmental needs, including fine motor development, sensory processing, motor planning, self-regulation, and feeding skills. In addition to traditional therapy sessions, our therapists participate in innovative group programs focused on social skills, feeding, core strengthening, and motor planning, creating a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
At the Aspen Center, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Our Occupational Therapists and COTAs work alongside an experienced team of Speech-Language Pathologists and fellow occupational therapists, sharing ideas and supporting one another to provide the best possible care for our patients. Therapists with experience in sensory integration and pediatric feeding therapy are encouraged to apply, but we also believe in investing in our team. Mentorship and ongoing guidance are available from our experienced staff, making this an excellent opportunity for both seasoned clinicians and those looking to grow their expertise.
We understand that a positive workplace culture is just as important as meaningful clinical work. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and celebrating every milestone—both big and small. Every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families.
If you’re looking for a career where you can grow professionally while making a difference in your community, we’d love to hear from you. Join a fun, supportive team with a unique approach to pediatric intervention and help us continue changing lives, one child at a time.
Apply today and discover what makes the Aspen Center such a special place to build your career. We can’t wait to meet you!
