Aspen Center is growing, and we are currently looking for Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are interested in becoming part of our pediatric therapy team in the Cary area.

Working in pediatric occupational therapy gives therapists an opportunity to see meaningful progress unfold in many different ways. Helping a child improve fine motor coordination, participate more successfully in everyday routines, develop sensory regulation skills, or become more independent can have an impact that reaches well beyond the therapy session.
Aspen Center works with children from birth through age 16, creating opportunities for therapists to work with different ages, developmental needs, and therapeutic goals. Our outpatient pediatric setting includes individual therapy as well as specialized programs and small-group opportunities.
Become Part of a Collaborative Pediatric Team
Great pediatric care rarely happens in isolation. Occupational therapists at Aspen Center work in an environment that brings professionals together, including occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services.
This multidisciplinary setting encourages collaboration and gives clinicians opportunities to share ideas, learn from one another, and look at a child’s needs from different perspectives. Our programs may address areas such as motor planning, sensory integration, social skills, feeding, and other abilities that influence a child’s participation in daily life.
For therapists who are earlier in their careers, mentorship is also available. Having experienced professionals nearby can make an important difference when developing clinical skills and gaining confidence as a pediatric therapist.
